2. Purpose

The Site offers reference information about ski resorts (slopes, lifts, elevations, webcams, forecasts and 3D maps), a trip planner that prepares a prompt for AI assistants, an optional newsletter and information about the NEU iOS app.

3. Terms of use

Using the Site is free and needs no account. You agree to use it lawfully and not to try to damage or overload it, bypass its security measures, or use the planner to send messages to other people without their permission.

4. Information and responsibility

Resort data is reference information published in NEU’s catalogue and may be out of date; it is not a live snow report. Forecasts, webcams and maps come from external sources and don’t guarantee actual conditions. Always check prices, opening hours, piste status, conditions and availability with official sources before you travel or pay.

NEU makes no bookings, sells no lift passes or insurance and takes no payments through the Site. Trip proposals generated by AI assistants may contain errors. Maps and 3D views are planning aids, not navigation or mountain-safety tools.

Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law or limits your rights as a consumer.

5. Links and affiliation

The Site links to third-party websites (for example Trip.com, InterMundial, the App Store and official resort websites). Some links are affiliate links, and NEU may earn a commission if you buy through them. Terms, prices and the contract are always with the provider concerned. NEU doesn’t control and isn’t responsible for the content of those websites.

6. Intellectual property

The NEU brand, design, software and the Site’s own content belong to its owner. Logos, photos, maps, webcams and other third-party content belong to their respective owners. They may not be reproduced or exploited beyond personal use of the Site without permission.

7. Privacy and cookies

8. Applicable law
